With over 15 different cardio classes to choose from, you will be sure to find something that gets your heart rate pulsing, releasing those endorphins for that post-workout high.



HIIT CIRCUITS

45 Minutes

HIIT CIRCUITS is a full-body circuit training class with different layouts and exercises each week. What you put into this class is what you get out of it! It is still easily adapted to your fitness ability as exercise options will always be given.


BODYBURN

40 Minutes

BODY BURN is a class combining high and medium-intensity exercises based on HIIT training to challenge the whole body whilst burning maximum calories. The class varies weekly and will use a mix of equipment and body weight exercises. Low-impact options are given so it is suitable for all levels.

QUADRAFIT

30 Minutes

QUADRAFIT A 30-minute mix of cardiovascular machines and exercises. A fast-paced class with a rotation of 4 elements including cardio, weights, bodyweight and stretching for a complete workout.



CARDIO TONE

40 Minutes

CARDIO TONE is a class that gives you multiple benefits. The format will vary weekly but will always include easy-to-follow, but high-intensity exercises to ensure maximum fat burning coupled with some upper and lower body toning and conditioning. An easily adapted class for all levels.

BOOTCAMP

30 Minutes

BOOTCAMP Bursts of intense activity alternating with intervals of lighter activity. A mix of cardio, strength training and speed elements with the odd military-style drill too. You will get a whole-body workout that builds both strength and aerobic endurance. Ideal for those looking for a more intense workout

RIG HIIT

45 Minutes

RIG HIIT A full-body workout using our Functional Training Rig. A high-intensity circuit class with a mixture of bodyweight, resistance and rig-based exercises. Fun, motivating and suitable for all abilities.



STRIKE

30 Minutes

STRIKE Work hard for this jam-packed class, focusing mainly on cardio and core work. You will be working hard from start to finish and can challenge yourself as much as you feel comfortable too.



HI/LO CIRCUITS

45 Minutes

HI LO CIRCUITS is a varied and adaptable workout, alternating between cardio, core and strength exercises to ensure a good balance of benefits using various fitness and conditioning equipment



OBLIVION

30 MINUTES

OBLIVION Maximum interval training using bodyweight exercises only and continuous movement to music. A class that will test your endurance, build muscle, improve core stability and make you sweat!



FUSION

30 Minutes

FUSION A complete, fast-paced, all-action workout. Lots of functional and cardio exercises using a range of equipment and bodyweight, fused together at the end with a big core finish.



HIIT

45 MINUTES

HIIT Work at maximum effort for short periods of time, rewarding yourself with a short period of rest after each exercise in a classic HIIT style. The class is intense but fun and modifications will be provided to ensure all abilities can get involved.


LEVEL UP

30 Minutes

LEVEL UP Take your workout to the next level with this explosive HIIT class. Aimed at those who already have a high fitness threshold and are ready to push themselves to their limit. Big bursts of effort and short periods of rest - get ready to dig deep and work hard.


HIIT THE CIRCUIT

30 Minutes

HIIT THE CIRCUIT Intervals of exercise, working both upper and lower body muscle groups using a whole body routine that varies with each session. Using a wide variety of equipment and body parts you will feel pushed to your limit.


CARDIO & BODYWEIGHT

30 Minutes

CARDIO & BODYWEIGHT CIRCUIT Use your own bodyweight to provide the resistance you need to work hard and increase your strength, power, endurance, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. Test yourself using the CV machines and your own bodyweight in this circuit class.

INFERNO

30 MINUTES

INFERNO An all-over body workout. A class using short bursts of CV equipment alternating with big pulse-raising moves for that added extra! Variety of exercises each week to ensure a fun, overall workout.



CARDIO & WEIGHTS/RESISTANCE

40 Minutes

CARDIO & WEIGHTS/RESISTANCE Expect a workout which includes a balanced mix of cardio as well as strength and resistance exercises to achieve a full body workout whilst improving overall cardiovascular endurance making you both fitter and stronger.
