The class uses simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. A relaxation will also be incorporated. No experience or flexibility required.

MAT PILATES is a mat based class offering precise instruction exercises to strengthen the deep core muscles and to stretch and strengthen the supporting muscles such as shoulders, hips and glutes. Optimum results will be achieved. A variety of intensity options are given for each exercise so suitable for beginners to advanced.

GENTLE PILATES is aimed at those new to Pilates or those that would prefer a more gentle class with moves that are broken down to ensure they are easy to follow. Focus will be on stretching and strengthening the back, waist, shoulders, hips and legs to ensure an all over body workout. No experience necessary.

BODY TONE is a complete body work out which challenges both your muscular strength and endurance. Every muscle group is targeted, leaving you with a totally toned body! Using your own body weight and a variety of equipment to ensure the workout remains varied. Adaptable for all fitness levels.
HATHA YIN YOGA

HATHA YIN YOGA Emphasises the awareness of the breath and holding postures to allow time to really stretch. The class focuses on being meditative whilst holding stretches and develop awareness of thoughts, feelings and emotions. Stronger standing postures are also held, which develops strength and focuses on breathing into postures.
