Honing in on your torso and the sling muscles that connect your upper and lower body.  Great for tightening your tummy and butt and improving your functional strength to prevent injury.




FITBALL

30 Minutes

FITBALL is a fun way to get in shape! Use the Swiss Ball to improve your core strength, posture and balance as well as conditioning and toning your muscles. Whilst practicing exercises such as push ups and planks, the arms, legs and core are all engaged.


AB & CORE BLAST

30 Minutes

AB & CORE BLAST targets abdominals, back, shoulders and glutes using body weight, resistance equipment and hand weights. Helps to improve your core strength and posture, minimising risk of injury.



GENTLE YOGA

45 Minutes

GENTLE YOGA is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. The class uses simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. A relaxation will also be incorporated. No experience or flexibility required.

MAT PILATES

45 Minutes

MAT PILATES is a mat based class offering precise instruction exercises to strengthen the deep core muscles and to stretch and strengthen the supporting muscles such as shoulders, hips and glutes. Optimum results will be achieved. A variety of intensity options are given for each exercise so suitable for beginners to advanced.

SERENE

30 Minutes

SERENE A class of mobility and stretching using uncomplicated moves and stretches manageable for all abilities to help restore and maintain your body’s flexibility.



FLOW YOGA

55 Minutes

FLOW YOGA A Vinyasa flow class, based around the Ashtanga yoga practice, offering the chance to explore more advanced poses, arm balances and inversions. This class is more suited to participants with good flexibility and a basic knowledge of yoga.


YOGALATES

55 Minutes

YOGALATES is a class using dynamic yoga to focus on core strength as well as incorporating pilates based exercises whilst still maintaining yoga mindfulness and flexibility. A fun class for all levels.



GENTLE PILATES

45 Minutes

GENTLE PILATES is aimed at those new to Pilates or those that would prefer a more gentle class with moves that are broken down to ensure they are easy to follow. Focus will be on stretching and strengthening the back, waist, shoulders, hips and legs to ensure an all over body workout. No experience necessary.

STRETCHING FOR MEN

30 Minutes

STRETCHING FOR MEN Be amongst like-minded men who want to improve their range of movement and flexibility. Create movement where it matters, increasing the range of motion in your joints and watch it improve your strength in other sports you might take part in, whilst also decreasing your risk of injury.

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS

40 Minutes

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS is a full body workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach achieved through both body weight and equipment based exercises. Great for those who want to lose weight, get stronger, or who simply want to improve their fitness levels.

BODY TONE

40 Minutes

BODY TONE is a complete body work out which challenges both your muscular strength and endurance. Every muscle group is targeted, leaving you with a totally toned body! Using your own body weight and a variety of equipment to ensure the workout remains varied. Adaptable for all fitness levels.

HATHA YIN YOGA

55 Minutes

HATHA YIN YOGA Emphasises the awareness of the breath and holding postures to allow time to really stretch. The class focuses on being meditative whilst holding stretches and develop awareness of thoughts, feelings and emotions. Stronger standing postures are also held, which develops strength and focuses on breathing into postures.
