STEP/STEP & TONE is an overall fitness class, aimed at improving cardio whilst also toning up your legs, glutes and core by moving up, over and around the Step. An easy to follow cardio and toning workout designed as a way to get a high intensity, yet low impact workout whilst burning calories.
