Do you have parking?Yes, we have a large car park situated behind the building (next to Aldi)

What are your pool dimensions & temperature?29 degrees, 13m length & 1.3m depth.

How do I book a squash court?Online via our booking system 'FifteenNil' in the Squash section of the website.

Do I need to bring my yoga mat?No, we provide mats for all classes where they are required.

Do you provide swimming lessons?It is something we are considering so please email hello@martleshamleisure.co.uk to register your interest.

What should I wear?Whatever gym wear you feel most comfortable in. Trainers must be worn in the gym and classes and non-black-soled shoes should be worn for squash.

Do I need to bring a towel?Yes, please. We require all members to use a towel in classes and whilst using the gym. For the comfort of fellow members please wipe down the apparatus after each use.

How soon can I book my classes?You can book classes on your ClubLink App from 7 a.m. each morning for the proceeding seven days.

As a beginner, can I take part in all of your classes?All our classes are beginner-friendly. You can go at your own pace and all of our instructors are there to help.

What happens if I'm running late for my class?Unfortunately, if you missing the warm-up, you will be unable to join the class.

Do you offer Personal Training?Yes, all of our gym team are trained PTs. Contact reception or speak to the gym team for further information.

Will I be shown how to use the gym equipment?All our members are offered a gym induction, a full program and an Inbody healthy check.

Can I book squash lessons?Yes, with our in-house coach Josh Turmel. For further details visit our Squash Facilities page on the website.

How does the waiting list work?We offer a 'waitlist' facility via our ClubLink app. As soon as a place becomes available, you will be notified via your app and email.

How early should I turn up for a class?You should allow enough time to get yourself changed and get your equipment ready. We would suggest ten minutes before the class commences.

What happens if I miss a class?Please cancel your class giving as much notice as possible via your ClubLink app, ideally 24 hours before the class. Alternatively, phone reception on 01473 624707. We regularly monitor the no-shows and therefore any member missing classes on a frequent basis will be contacted.

When is your next promotion and how will I know what social events are planned?Please follow us on Facebook & Instagram to be among the first to find out.

What do I need to bring for classes?A water bottle and a towel plus £1 if you require a locker.

Do you have hairdryers?Yes, we provide hairdryers in our changing rooms.

Do you take cash?Yes, you can pay for memberships or any other services we offer with cash or credit card.

Can I bring a friend or family member?Yes absolutely, there will be a small charge for each non-member.

Can I upgrade my membership at any point?Yes, you can upgrade both monthly and pre-paid memberships at any point.

What ID do I need if I am a strudent/apprentice?A copy of your student ID badge or letter confirming your course or apprenticeship.

Can I book classes as a non-memberNon-members can book classes 24 hours before the start time, subject to availability. Class charges apply and are payable upon booking.

How old do I need to be to join the classes?14 years and above.
