THE FITNESS DEN
Focusing on the smaller classes in our Fitness Den allows our instructors to support and encourage our members every step of the way.
We have created a unique space which has a real ‘buzz’ about it. It embraces positivity, with motivational quotes reminding you that ‘you can’! All fitness levels and abilities can join in without feeling intimated.
The timetable has been designed for a broad range of classes to suit all needs. With everything from stretching and mobility to high-energy HIIT and bootcamp style classes to choose from, utilising the range of cardiovascular and weight equipment. It is a hub of motivation.
AB & CORE BLAST
30 Minutes
Honing in on your torso and the sling muscles that connect your upper and lower body. Great for tightening your tummy and butt and improving your functional strength to prevent injury.

BOOTCAMP
30 Minutes
Bursts of intense activity alternating with intervals of lighter activity. A mix of cardio, strength training and speed elements with the odd military-style drill too. You will get a whole-body workout that builds both strength and aerobic endurance. Ideal for those looking for a more intense workout
CARDIO & BODYWEIGHT
30 MINUTES
Use your own bodyweight to provide the resistance you need to work hard and increase your strength, power, endurance, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. Test yourself using the CV machines and your own bodyweight in this circuit class.

Fusion
30 Minutes
A complete fast-paced all all-action workout. Lots of functional and cardio exercises using a range of equipment and bodyweight, fused together at the end with a big core finish.

HIIT
30 MINUTES
HIIT Work at maximum effort for short periods of time, rewarding yourself with a short period of rest after each exercise in a classic HIIT style. The class is intense but fun and modifications will be provided to ensure all abilities can get involved.
HIIT THE CIRCUIT
30 MINUTES
Intervals of exercise, working both upper and lower body muscle groups using a whole body routine that varies with each session. Using a wide variety of equipment and body parts you will feel pushed to your limit.

LADIES WHO LIFT
30 Minutes
A class for ladies who want to learn how to weight train correctly and boost their confidence in the gym. If you are a complete beginner, a confident lifter just looking for further guidance, or just looking to try a new class, this session will benefit you all. Learn new ideas, create good habits and see great results!
LEVEL UP
30 Minutes
Take your workout to the next level with this explosive HIIT class. Aimed at those who already have a high fitness threshold and are ready to push themselves to the limit. Bit bursts of effort and short periods of rest - get ready to dig deep and work hard.

LIFTING FOR ALL
30 Minutes
Not sure what the difference is between a compound and isolation movement? Want to learn the ideal squat technique? Not sure where even to start with a deadlift? Then this is the class for you. Learn and perfect your technique and watch the results through step-by-step progressions.
OBLIVION
30 Minutes
Maximum interval training using bodyweight exercises only and continuous movement to music. A class that will test your endurance, build muscle, improve core stability and make you sweat!

QUADRAFIT
30 Minutes
A 30-minute mix of cardiovascular machines and exercises. A fast-paced class with a rotation of 4 elements including cardio, weights, bodyweight and stretching for a complete workout.

RAISE THE BAR
30 Minutes
A barbell-based workout designed to build strength, endurance and improve fitness. By lifting and focusing on different major muscle groups, we can ensure a full-body workout. Challenging routines will help make you stronger, improve your stamina and take your workout to the next level.
SERENE
30 Minutes
A class of mobility and stretching using uncomplicated moves and stretches manageable for all abilities to help restore and maintain your body’s flexibility.

STRETCHING FOR MEN
30 Minutes
Be amongst like-minded men who want to improve their range of movement and flexibility. Create movement where it matters, increasing the range of motion in your joints and watch it improve your strength in other sports you might take part in, whilst also decreasing your risk of injury.
STRIKE
30 Minutes
Work hard for this jam-packed class, focusing mainly on cardio and core work. You will be working hard from start to finish and can challenge yourself as much as you feel comfortable too.

30 Minutes
A bodyweight cardio workout with a focus on core work, partnered with high-intensity exercises for you to power through for a great full-body workout. Fast-paced and high energy, but with variations to suit all levels. Give it your all in the speed section and round it off with a stretch and recharge.
