PHYSIOTHERAPY

Alpha Physiotherapy are a team of highly experienced therapists, able to help with a wide variety of aches and pains, sporting or non-sporting injuries and age-related problems. We treat adults as well as children and are based within Martlesham Leisure where we have two treatment rooms. Lyndsey and Jimmy Reynolds run Alpha Physiotherapy and have a combined experience of almost 30 years, so there aren’t many things we haven’t seen before! Our number one priority is always the same: “We want you to do the things you love without pain or restriction of any kind.” We offer “hands-on” treatment; shockwave; acupuncture; insoles; sports massage; physiotherapist-led Pilates; bracing and much more!
